How it works
MyDoctor helps you keep your pet’s health history, review studies and ask questions about treatment. Choose where to start.
- 1
Create your pet’s profile
Enter your pet’s name, species, age and weight. Upload a photo from your gallery to display in the pet’s profile.
My pets → - 2
Save tests and imaging
Upload a photo or PDF, then choose a pet and category: ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray, blood count, biochemistry or urine. Documents stay in your archive and each result opens separately.
Open studies → - 3
Ask the assistant
Describe symptoms or ask about tests and treatment. The assistant will ask follow-up questions. Include your pet’s name if asking about a specific pet.
Start a conversation → - 4
Keep a health record
Record surgeries and postoperative discharge notes. Use Preventive care to save dates for vaccinations, parasite prevention and follow-up visits.
- 5
Request a veterinary consultation
Describe your pet’s problem and submit a request. Its page opens a conversation with the veterinarian, keeping messages, test results, photos and recommendations together. Arrange the time and payment there too.
